How to cancel by certified mail

It is very important that you notify Texas Family Fitness in writing of your intention to cancel your membership. You can do this by certified mail with return receipt requested. This will provide you with documentation that they received your notice. Send the letter to:

How to cancel in person

If you wish to cancel your membership in person, you may do so by visiting any Texas Family Fitness location and requesting to speak with a manager. The manager will require that you provide your name, address, and membership number. Once the manager has located your account in the system, they will process your cancellation request and provide you with a confirmation receipt.

If you would like to cancel your Texas Family Fitness membership, you may do so by calling customer service at 1-888-867-5309. You will need to provide your name, address, and membership number. Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you’re moving, you can cancel your Texas Family Fitness membership by completing a “Change of Address” form and turning it in to any location at least 10 days prior to your move. The form is available at all locations or online.

If you’re not happy with your Texas Family Fitness membership for any reason, you can cancel at any time. Here’s what you need to know about cancelling your membership.

You can cancel your membership by email, phone, or in person at the customer service desk. You will need to provide your name, address, and account number. If you cancel by email or phone, you will need to provide a written cancellation notice either by mail or in person within three business days.

Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a refund for any unused portion of your membership dues. If you have a prepaid membership, you will be refunded the pro-rated balance of your membership. If you cancel after the first year of your two-year contract, you will be charged a $50 early cancellation fee.

How to cancel if you’re injured

If you suffer an injury that prevents you from working out for more than six weeks, you may cancel your contract without penalty by providing a doctor’s note.

How to cancel if you’re deployed

If you are currently deployed, you may cancel your membership by sending a copy of your military orders to the Member Services department. Your membership will be canceling effective the date of deployment, and you will not be responsible for any monthly dues while you are deployed. To reinstate your membership, simply provide a copy of your military discharge papers when you return.
