Planet Fitness refund policy
Planet Fitness has a strict refund policy in place for membership cancellations. If you cancel your membership within the first 30 days, you will be refunded in full. If you cancel after the first 30 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you move to a location that is more than 20 miles from your home club, you can cancel your membership by updating your address in the member portal.
