What should i take before bed to stay anabolic?

    Hey guys. I’ve read a lot of articles about the benefits of pre bed nutrition and most of them had very differnt opinions. Can somebody please tell me what I should be taking before sleep.

    ZMA is a good place to start !!!

    But be careful of taking it while you have calcium in your stomach as this can stop it being absorbed.

    Also, casein.

    Casein should definitely be on your pre-bed nutrition check-list!

    Casein curdles when it comes into contact with stomach acid, and while this might sound disgusting, it has a very useful effect. Curdled casein can take as long as 6 hours for the body to digest, providing a steady flow of protein for the body thoughout the night.

    It is advised to sleep for around 8 hours, but providing your body with a source of protein for 6 of these is infinitely better than 0 hours!
